We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating various types of equipment and machinery within the construction industry.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders

- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure precise execution of construction tasks

- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites

- Collaborate with construction crews to ensure efficient project completion

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

- Familiarity with construction estimating and management processes

- Knowledge of construction software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore

- Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction sites

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software

- Certification in OSHA safety standards

- Strong blueprint reading skills

- Familiarity with Construction Management practices

Pay: $42.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
